Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Spent an unforgettable New Year's Eve at this lovely Austrian hotel. the owners made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They provided us with sunscreen and a delicious breakfast despite our early check, in. the hotel's decor was exquisite, combining traditional and modern elements. the location was also unbeatable, with easy access to the ski slopes and a stunning mountain view from our room. But the icing on the cake was the spa area, with state, of, the, art saunas and steam rooms, along with fresh towels and helpful staff.

Although we had the time of our lives, there was one minor drawback. the walls of our room were not soundproof enough, and we could hear our neighbors' alarm clock every morning.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything in the surrounding area. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, with a breathtaking view from the French window. The bed was so comfortable that I struggled to get out of it in the mornings! The staff took great care of me, ensuring the room was immaculately cleaned and providing fresh towels in the spa area. Speaking of the spa, it was a wonderful way to relax after a day of exploring. The sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin were all top-notch. the service, amenities, and atmosphere of this hotel were exceptional.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. You won't be disappointed!

The hotel's location was perfect, close to the attractions yet quiet enough. The breakfast was diverse and nicely presented. The staff was hospitable and went above expectations. The room was cozy and had excellent sound isolation.

This hotel is simply outstanding! the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city yet away from the noises of bars and nightclubs. the breakfast is a treat for the taste buds, well presented and diverse. the room and bathroom are comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. the staff is hospitable, positive, and always ready to help. the spa, with its sauna and infrared cabin offers a relaxed and rejuvenating experience.

It could have been better if the room isolation was improved as it allowed the sound of the neighboring room's alarm clock to disturb our sleep.

The breakfast was good and the location was very convenient, just a short walk away from the ski lifts. The cleaning was also very good, the room was well maintained and always spotless.

The staff was not very friendly and we didn't feel welcome during our stay. The spa area was also disappointing, with very basic facilities and not well taken care of.
